return unused Nespresso machines within 30 days from
the original date of purchase for a full refund, minus
our shipping costs.
All
items to be returned require a Return Authorization
number.

Returns can not be accepted without prior authorization.
Items must
be returned in their original packaging, in new condition,
and include all accessories and manuals. We can not accept
returns of products that have been used or altered.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all products
that are returned with damaged or missing documentation,
accessories or packaging. This return policy does not
apply to commercial appliances, or to
products used in commercial establishments.
